1. Scope
These terms apply to all services, digital products and physical goods provided by modelmentors in relation to practical training on applying AI models to business tasks.
2. Training Services
modelmentors offers instructor-led and self-paced training sessions. Participants must confirm their booking by completing the registration process. Scheduling details will be provided upon confirmation.
3. Digital Products
Digital materials, including guides, tutorials and video recordings, are made available after purchase. Access credentials will be sent via email.
4. Physical Goods
Printed manuals, kits and other materials will be dispatched after order completion. Shipping times may vary.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer. For support, contact customer support.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule a training session must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Late rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated. Missed sessions are not eligible for reimbursement or credit.
7. Reimbursement Policy
7.1 Training Services
If modelmentors cancels a session, participants will receive full reimbursement or a credit toward another session. If you withdraw at least 14 days before the session date, a partial reimbursement of the fees paid will be processed. Withdrawals made within 14 days of the session date are not eligible for any reimbursement due to resource commitments.
7.2 Digital Products
You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided that the digital product has not been accessed. Submit requests via customer support. Approved requests will be processed within 10 business days.
7.3 Physical Goods
For physical products, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused and in their original packaging. The items must be shipped back at your expense. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
8. No-Reimbursement Clause
Certain bespoke onsite workshops require extensive preparation and resource allocation. Fees for these services are final and not eligible for any reimbursement, to ensure availability of specialized personnel and materials.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be settled by the courts of Zurich.
